230 children from first schools in the Prudhoe Area attended a mini tennis festival where the partcipated in a number of tennis related exercises and hads lots of FUN. |
| 2006-02-24 | Mini tennis tournament big success at Prudhoe High School. Eliza Thompson battled through to win the first mini tennis tournament held at the Sports centre at Prudhoe High school. 28 competitors played a timed match tournament and a great time was had by all. |

Haydon Bridge High School: 4 hard courts are available. To book ring Community Education on 01434 684422.
Prudhoe Community High School. 5 tarmac courts, just turn up and play or ring 01661 835018 to book. Indoor mini tennis red courts also available.
Queen Elizabeth High School. 6 hard courts, just turn up and play out of school hours until 9.00pm or until dark.
Wark Sports Club. 1 hard court, to book ring 01434 673458.
Haktwhistle Sports & Leisure Centre. 1 hard court, to book ring 01434 320727.
Whitley Chapel. 2 practice courts, 1 full court. To book ring 01434 230856.
Eastwood Park. 4 hard courts, just turn up and play or ring 01661 833144 to book.
